A tragic incident in the United States has left the Nigerian and British communities reeling with grief. Tamilore Odunsi, a 23-year-old Nigerian-British nursing student, was brutally stabbed to death in her Houston, Texas apartment, just days before her graduation.

According to reports, police discovered Tamilore’s lifeless body during a welfare check prompted by concerns from a family friend. A man believed to be her new flatmate was also found in the apartment with stab wounds and remains in critical condition. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are still under investigation.

Tamilore, known online as “Tami Dollars,” was described as a devoted Christian and a compassionate young woman passionate about caring for children through healthcare. Her untimely death has devastated family, friends, and members of the wider community.
