Reality TV star and singer, Uriel Oputa, has opened up about the lifestyle choices that keep her looking youthful at 37. According to *Naija News*, the former *Big Brother Naija* housemate attributed her fresh appearance to a stress-free, intentional, and wellness-focused lifestyle.
In a candid Instagram post, Uriel explained that she avoids the daily pressure many Nigerians subject themselves to. “When people say I look young for my age, I’m like, ‘DUH.’ I’m not doing half of what Nigeria is doing to itself,” she said.
She emphasised her commitment to peace and self-care, sharing that she avoids unnecessary stress and drama. “Stress? If you’re going to stress me, I will walk. I don’t argue, I don’t beg — I walk. Cortisol levels: low,” she wrote.
Uriel also highlighted her minimalist skincare routine, steering clear of unverified products and heavy makeup. Instead, she relies on sunscreen, Vitamin C, and shea butter — her so-called “anti-aging holy trinity.”
Her wellness habits include daily ginger and turmeric shots, balanced meals with complex carbs and lean protein, regular hydration, and occasional indulgence in dark chocolate. She limits her social circle, avoids drama, and conducts routine health checks every few months.
“I don’t live above my means. If I can’t afford it, it’s not for me. Peace is wealth,” she concluded, encouraging others to prioritize health, boundaries, and inner peace as keys to longevity and a youthful glow.
