Nigerian actor Efa Iwara has opened up about his childhood struggles with a speech impediment, revealing that he was born a stammerer. He credited his older brother for helping him overcome it, saying his brother would patiently guide him through conversations and encourage him to “take your time, breathe, think about what you want to say before you say it.”

In a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, the star also spoke candidly about his career journey. Despite the progress he has made, Iwara admitted that he is not fully satisfied with his current professional standing. He expressed a strong desire to do more and reach the full extent of his potential.

“No, I am not happy with where my career is,” he said. “I feel like I can do so much more. I feel like there’s so much potential that is untapped. I feel like I can work twice as hard as I’m working now, pending that I don’t break down. I’m just never satisfied, never satisfied.”
