Police Rescue Popular TikToker Peller After Abduction During Livestream

The Nigeria Police Force has successfully rescued popular TikTok content creator, Peller, who was abducted by gunmen while engaging with fans in a live broadcast on Wednesday.

Naija News reports that news of his rescue was confirmed on Thursday morning by fellow content creator and close associate, Sandra Benede.

In a live update to concerned followers, Sandra revealed that the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) had seen Peller and confirmed his safety.
“They have seen him. The DPO has seen him. They haven’t given full details yet, but he is safe,” she assured.

Although the police have yet to issue an official statement, Sandra noted that Peller is currently in police custody, and further details surrounding the abduction and rescue will be disclosed in due course.

Peller’s abduction, which occurred amid a livestream, sparked widespread panic among fans on social media, with many calling for urgent police intervention.
