Nigerian gospel singer, Peterson Okopi, and his wife, fashion designer Prudent Gabriel, have officially become parents for the first time.
The couple shared the exciting news through a vibrant gender reveal party that drew the attention of their fans online. In a video posted on Instagram, Prudent showcased two luxury cars decorated with pink and blue ribbons, along with balloons, heightening anticipation before finally announcing the baby’s gender.
The fashion designer joyfully revealed that they welcomed a baby boy, writing: “He gave us our SONSHINE from Heaven, wrapped in Blue. Team Girl don’t worry, I stand with you next time, we must win. A king, a big brother.”
The news comes shortly after the couple released their new single, “He Is God.” Okopi and Prudent tied the knot in October 2024 in a well-attended wedding ceremony, and now celebrate this new chapter of parenthood together.
