Popular Nigerian singer Seun Kuti shares some of his parenting tips, stating that parents should be the stress in their children’s lives.
He said this in an interview with Not Just Ok on YouTube, where he disclosed that he loves spending time at home as he gets to stress his daughter.
According to him, he loves to stress his daughter so she would not have time to stress him. He said children stress their parents because they don’t get to stress them first.
“Most parents don’t know that why your kids stress you is because you don’t stress them first. Let me give you parenting tips now, these children think that because they are small, they don’t have sense so that they can stress you. ‘You’re just a baby’ quickly reverse it. Be the stress in your child’s life. That’s my most fun thing to do, to just be at home, stress her so she has no time to stress me” he said
