Mr Jollof apologises to Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for engaging in a fist conversation with VDM

Nigerian comedian Mr Jollof whose name is Freedom Okpetoritse Atsepoyi, comes out to apologize for engaging in physical combat with social media critic, Martins Otese, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, inside an aircraft on Monday, November 17.

According to Mr Jollof,he was only defending himself stating that while he was sitting VDM started making derogatory statements at him. “If we come down from this plane, I go slap you. Make God punish your papa. I fit commot from here now come slap you” VDM told him, and he responded saying, “Behave yourself.”

His comment provoked VDM, which led to him being harassed and receiving “300mg” blows from the media critic.

“Mike Tyson the fighter, he used what God gave him. When you carry knife come gun battle, anything when you see you go take am’.he said while referring to why he bit VDM on the chest.

However,Mr Jollof took to his Instagram page to apologize to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), his boss, the Delta state Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, his wife and kids, as well as the passengers that boarded the aircraft and other Nigerians.

In the video posted he said,“I want to use this medium to sincerely apologise to the NCAA, United Nigeria Airlines, and the passengers that boarded the airline. I was only defending myself. You guys saw what happened, and I am very sorry if I delayed your appointment. Pardon me. This isn’t my kind of person. It will never happen again.To my lovely wife, I know you’re proud of me. To my kids, I am sorry, Daddy will never do this again. To my boss, I am very sorry, this isn’t my kind of person”.
