Nigerian Rapper Zlatan, whose full name is Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, says he would not invest in upcoming artists, calling it a risk.
Speaking on the Adesope Live show, he explained that he is in the music industry strictly for business and financial stability.
“The reason I am making music is for financial stability. My goal is to be able to be responsible and financially stable. In the beginning of my career, I wasn’t balanced. I suffered from pressure and anxiety.” He said.
“I will rather go buy a house rather than put money on these artists that I’m not sure will be successful or not.” He further went on to say, emphasising on not investing in upcoming artists but collaborating with them because he was given such assistance during his early days.
