Ayra Starr excludes Davido and Burna Boy from her Big 3 list

Grammy nominee Ayra Starr ,whose name is ,Oyinkansola Sarah Aderigbi excludes Davido and Burna Boy from her Afrobeats Big 3 list.

She disclosed this during a recent interview with Hot 97 FM, where she named Tiwa Savage, Wizkid and Rema as her top three Afrobeats stars.

Her choice has sparked conversations among fans and music enthusiasts as popular Afrobeats heavyweights Davido and Burna Boy were not included in her list.

It is widely known that in the Afrobeats scene, Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy are generally regarded as the Big 3 due to their global influence and commercial success.

However, Ayra Starr’s list took a different direction, with the singer choosing Rema and Tiwa Savage alongside Wizkid.

“My Afrobeats Big 3 would be Tiwa Savage, Wizkid and Rema. My solid Big 3,” she said.

Her comments have since generated debate across social media, with fans discussing the evolving dynamics of Afrobeats and the influence of different generations of artists.
