“Mavin is going down!” – Crayon

Nigerian artist Crayon, whose full name is Charles Chibueze Chukwu causes stirs online for calling out Mavin record label and its boss Don Jazzy in a fiery rant on social media.

Crayon in a series of posts on X didn’t just criticize the leadership mavin record but also laid an allegation on the label, claiming the label was the reason he lost his mother.

The artist went on to make rude remarks about Don Jazzy. He wrote,“Don Jazzy na my boy!!!!!! Una dey maddddd!!?? Shayennnnn sharayyyyyy333,”before turning to Tega with a harsher remark, “Tega highest criminal!!!!!!!!!”

Crayon, who was signed to Blowtime Entertainment, an imprint of Mavin Records, in May 2019, also threatened the label, saying, “Mavin is going down!!!!!!”.

In a post on his Instagram page, the singer also shared details of what appears to be a new venture called Olodum Entertainment, along with a new booking email address.

There are speculations online that Crayon’s recently released song “Baami” is currently listed under the Olodum Entertainment imprint and not associated with the Mavin Records branding.

However, it remains unclear whether Crayon’s 𝕏 account was compromised, as he has continued posting on Instagram without indicating that his account was hacked.
