Chioma Adeleke, wife to Grammy nominee artist, Davido gets serious backlash on social media following her appearance at the Grammy Awards red carpet with her husband.
The backlash began after Chioma appeared in a black lace outfit that many online users considered overly revealing.
The dress showed a significant portion of her chest as she posed alongside Davido on the red carpet, sparking mixed reactions.
Soon after photos from the event circulated, comment sections on Instagram and other social media platforms were flooded with varying opinions about her appearance.

Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, Ossai Success,also spoke on Chioma’s outfit, saying the outfit is too revealing.
According to the Governor’s aide, Chioma failed to adequately represent Nigerian culture, adding that the outfit will negatively influence many young Nigerians.
“I am disappointed in Chioma Davido’s dressing: She shouldn’t have been half-naked at the Grammy. She didn’t represent Nigerian culture well, embracing a half-naked, revealing Western style instead.
“As a role model to many Nigerian young ladies, her dressing internationally will negatively influence them. I also expected Davido to guide her better.
“Cultural representation matters, and it’s crucial. I am disappointed in Davido for allowing her to dress this way. I am really disappointed.”he said in a Facebook post
